Roles
GrainLink supports three roles per organization:

Use Viewer for buyers, agronomists, or insurance reps who need read-only access to a single yard.
Inviting team members
From Settings → Team, enter the email of each person and pick a role. They will receive an email link valid for 7 days. Operators can invite Viewers; only Owners can invite other Owners or Operators.
Notification preferences
Each user controls their own notifications under Profile → Notifications. The two channels are:
- SMS — short, immediate, sent only for alerts you mark as critical.
- Email — longer summaries and the daily digest.
