Reports & exports

Every bin’s data can be exported. Reports are generated on demand and emailed as a CSV when ready.

Available reports

• Sensor history — every reading from every sensor over a date range. One row per reading.
• Fan runtime — every relay open/close event with duration. Useful for energy auditing and insurance.
• Alert log — every alert fired, with severity, timestamp, and acknowledger.
• Inventory snapshot — the state of every bin at a chosen date and time. Useful at fiscal year-end.

Generating a report

From any bin or location page, click Export → New report. Choose the report type, date range, and bins to include. Most reports are ready in under a minute. You will receive an email with a download link valid for 7 days.
